No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

since exams' over, it's time to work on my cakes..
hence decided to make a No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake [no oven baking involved, jus put it in the fridge to cool]



my bro said: "味道刚刚好, but abit too soft."

hmm well, i think it's creamy la...but perhaps I can do a slight bake next time to harden it.


baking cakes and pastries is all about experimenting. i still rem my very 1st try on making a cake was also the No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake (if u guys can rem, haha)... and now, i can see my improvement. i have a more solid crust base and a much better taste...

what's next on my baking list...?
