Finally i bought the desserts recipe book (by chef Daniel Tay)! In fact, this is my second recipe book and my first was "Crave: Cheese Desserts to Die For" by Mac Woo and June Lee. I really like local authors because of their easy-to-understand instructions and neat approach in the overall presentation. 2 thumbs up! How nice if I could own a large collection of recipe books, as well as, cookery books (feel like cooking Italian food or baking some biscotti? just pick the right book from the shelf).

I am very much inspired by chef Daniel to bake a Chocolate Souffle (the one at Bakerzin tasted really good). What I need now is a ramekin.
