I predict that in the next one mth, my money in bank will be depleting at a very fast rate.Yesterday i easily spent Sgd300 in my shopping spree, so why not. In fact, i have another list of items pending for purchase; an electric mixer is on my top list..how i wish i can own a Kenwood or Kitchenaid mixer - powerful enough to mix one big tub of dough and won't die on me. Next, the recipe book which i have been eyeing and searching for months, and finally, i found it selling at Bakerzin. so dumb, i should have thought of that. "Just desserts and other baked treats" by Chef Daniel Tay, the CEO of Bakerzin who studied pastry in France. aww so envy. can i ever be a graduate from a baking institute, venturing into pastry business?......
my shopping list goes on, but i'm not going to share what i'm going to buy.
